Day 18 - Osaka Tour - July 12

 Osaka Castle

I took this trip just with my boy. The castle was nice, but just a facade. Inside is a museum, but at least we got to go into it unlike Nagoya. The city view was spectacular from the roof.

After the castle we looked around and there were literally hundreds of people staring up at the sky. I thought I must have mist a memo.

But soon afterwards we saw this. They past a few times. I traveled the US a bit and have seen many a fighter jet. People don't even react there. I guessing this is a much more rare event.

Dotonbori

Likely the most famous area in Osaka. This place is so happening. So many stores and restaurants. I tried a bunch of the street food.

My Spidey senses tell me the lad has played this game before.

Took a boat ride down the canal. At one point we passed by some condos and everything went silent and we were told no photos whatsoever. Apparently, the Japanese are very courteous. I was whispering to Aden and the guide scolded me, but I don’t think he could have heard me, let alone the people in the condos.
